היה מושלם !!! הוילה שהכי זכורה לטובה מכל הוילות שנפשנו ואנחנו נפשנים לא קטנים
האמת שהחופשה הייתה מושלמת ! הגענו משפחה גדולה לכל אחד היה מיטה נורמלית , חדר מרווח וגדול (ברגיל בגלל גודל המשפחה הרבה צימרים פשוט מוסיפים לנו מזרנים ) בכל חדר ספה + מיטה זוגית גדולה + מקלחת כלומר כל חדר הוא יחידה בפני עצמו ומאוד גדול , האזור שקט ופרטי מרחק נסיעה הגיוני לים , הווילה הייתה נקיה מאוד מעוצבת בצורה יפה ופרקטית , יש סלון עם ספות גדולות לישיבה , יש מטבח גדול עם אופציה לבשל , בחצר הרבה מקומות ישיבה , שולחן אוכל , הבריכה מגודרת ובטיחותית גם עם ילדים קטנים , בקיצור זה וילה מאוד מותאמת למשפחות גדולות או הרבה זוגות גם לציבור החרדי והדתי . אנחנו עוד נחזור ...

Modern villa in the heart of Eilat
We liked it
The bedrooms are spacious and have private bathrooms. A pool with safety fencing for children.
We noticed that
The integrated oven is located in a utility room adjacent to the kitchen.
Close to the sea and the promenade, with a luxurious private pool and six large bedrooms - Villa Caesar presents Eilat to you from a particularly local and luxurious perspective.
Location and ambience
The Emperor's Villa offers you the opportunity to be with and feel without: its proximity to the sea and the promenade allows you to feel at the center of things, but also to enjoy the peace and quiet and quality family and private time. The villa is located on a quiet Dutch street, a 5-minute drive from the promenade and the sea, and offers a large and luxurious space for an Eilat vacation in a slightly different atmosphere.
What does the place include
The Emperor's Villa spans 850 square meters over two floors and a private outdoor area.
The villa has 6 bedrooms: two on the entrance floor (one of which is on the main floor) and 4 more on the second floor. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, allowing for comfort and privacy. The rooms also have sofas that open into beds, so a total of 26 guests can stay here.
In addition to the two bedrooms, on the entrance floor you will also find the kitchen and living room. Each of them has its own respectable space: the living room is spacious with comfortable sofas for lying down and a large TV, and the kitchen is also spacious with a large dining area, and all the necessary equipment for cooking family meals. The kitchen is adjacent to a utility room where there is a baking oven combined with a stove, a marble work surface with a sink, a washing machine, and an additional refrigerator.
On the second floor are the four additional bedrooms, each with a double bed and a sofa bed, and each with its own bathroom with a bathtub that also includes a large rain shower head.
In the outdoor area you can enjoy the jewel in the crown - a large pool (salted, not chlorine) heated in the winter, and an absolutely essential and refreshing item in the summer. Next to it you can find a refreshing outdoor shower, seating areas, a ping pong table, and an outdoor kitchen and barbecue stand.
You should know
The villa has 3 private parking spaces.
It is possible to arrange breakfast.
An electric hotplate and water heater can be provided for the religious public.
We left with a feeling of
The Emperor's Villa is a great option for those who want to enjoy what Eilat has to offer, and indulge in their own private complex with all the necessary facilities for an enjoyable vacation.

Canceling/changing an order by the customer:
In the months of January to March (inclusive), and in the months of November and December, with the exception of holidays and dates, you can cancel/change an order, up to 14 days before the arrival date.
In the months of April to October (inclusive) and on all holidays and dates - you can cancel/change an order, up to 30 days before the arrival date.
Any change/cancellation within the possible time frame will result in a charge of 5% of the order amount or NIS 100, whichever is lower.
In case of later cancellation/change, the guest will be charged the full amount.
In the event of a change in the order date, the cancellation date will be calculated according to the original order.
