The Paradise View Penthouse is suitable for hosting up to 20 guests. There are 6 bedrooms, with every two rooms sharing a shared, spacious and clean bathroom. Two bathrooms have a bathtub, and one has a bathtub and shower.
In the central and vast living space, there are two seating areas, both spacious with sofas of sizes we've never seen before, comfortable for hosting an extended family without any feeling of crowding. One living room has a huge mural that brings a lot of color and beauty to the space, and the fact that it doesn't have a TV allows for quality time free from background noise, with a sea view from the balcony. But don't worry - the other living room has a large TV, so you can stay connected to civilization if you want. Between the two living rooms is a spacious dining table, suitable for happy, large-group meals.
The kitchen is large and fully equipped for cooking (although there is no dishwasher), and the bonus - you can admire the view from here while preparing the meal. The passages between the spaces of the penthouse are wide and pleasant, and exiting the living room to the huge balcony opens up the highlight of this complex - the swimming pool of dreams: long, clear and curving the length of the entire penthouse (after all, it is 14 meters long). The pool is heated in the winter season and is beautiful thanks to its unique design, and if you add to that the fact that it overlooks the sea and the mountains of the Gulf of Eilat - you get one of the most special pools we have seen. The huge balcony next to the pool pampers with a variety of seating areas and hammocks, and of course a quality barbecue area for meals fit for kings.
Imperial Duplex
The Imperial Duplex has two floors and covers 315 square meters, including its beautiful balcony. It has 4 bedrooms (three of which have a private bathroom), which contain a total of 6 large double beds (with a high-quality, luxurious mattress) and are suitable for 12 guests.
On the entrance floor is the master bedroom, and the three additional rooms are on the second floor, which is accessed by a staircase. Three of the bedrooms have one double bed, and another bedroom contains 3 more double beds - so privacy is less of an issue. This is a very large master room with huge windows and access to a standing balcony overlooking an open sea view.
On the entrance floor is the spacious central space open to the view, containing the living room and kitchen, and next to them is an exit to the balcony that constitutes the villa's private outdoor area - with a beautiful pool (smaller than the one in the penthouse but still very good) and heated in winter, and next to it is a covered seating area, swings, and an endless view of the sea.
The barbecue area is located on the service balcony next to the kitchen, and this room also has a washing machine and another refrigerator.
The kitchen here is fully equipped for cooking, and the living room (there's only one this time) has comfortable sofas and a large smart TV. The rooms and the central space have pictures and decorative details that add to the atmosphere, but between us - with a view like this, you don't need too much.
