Penthouse is huge in size, covering 520 square meters, with only the balcony being 200 square meters.
Paradise View Penthouse adapted to host up to 20 guests. There are 6 bedrooms here, with every two rooms sharing a common, spacious and clean bathroom. Two bathrooms have a bathtub, and one has a bathtub and a shower.
In the central and huge living space, there are two seating systems and both are spacious with sofas of sizes we did not know, comfortable for hosting an extended family without any feeling of crowding. In one living room there is a huge mural that brings a lot of color and beauty to the space, and the fact that it does not have a TV allows for quality time free from background noise, with a view of the sea from the balcony. But don't worry - the second living room has a large TV, so you can stay connected to civilization if you want to. Between the two living rooms is a spacious dining table, which will be suitable for happy meals with many participants.
The kitchen is large and fully equipped for cooking (although a dishwasher is missing here), and the bonus - you can watch the view from here while preparing the meal. The transitions between the spaces of the penthouse are wide and pleasant, and exiting the living room to the huge balcony opens up to us the highlight of this complex - the swimming pool of dreams: long, clear and curved along the length of the entire penthouse (however, it is 14 meters long). The pool is heated in the winter season and is beautiful thanks to its unique design, and if you add to that the fact that it overlooks the sea and the mountains of Eilat Bay - you will get one of the most special pools we have seen. The huge balcony next to the pool pampers with a variety of seating areas and hammocks, and of course a high-quality barbeque area for royal meals.
Duplex Imperial
The Imperial Duplex has two floors and covers an area of 315 square meters, including its beautiful balcony. It has 4 bedrooms (three of which have a private bathroom), which contain a total of 6 wide double beds (with a quality and luxurious mattress) and are suitable for 12 guests.
On the entrance floor is the bedroom in MMD, and the three other rooms are on the second floor, which you go up to by a flight of stairs. Three of the bedrooms have one double bed, and another bedroom contains 3 more double beds - so privacy is less of an issue. It is a very large master room with huge windows and access to a balcony overlooking the open sea.
On the entrance floor is the spacious central space open to the view, which contains the living room and the kitchen, and next to them an exit to the balcony which is the private outdoor area of the villa - with a beautiful pool (smaller than the one in the penthouse but still worth it) and heated in winter, and next to it a covered sitting area, swinging hammocks, and an endless view of the sea.
The barbecue corner is on the service balcony next to the kitchen, and this room also has a washing machine and another refrigerator.
The kitchen here is fully equipped for cooking, and the living room (this time there is only one) has comfortable sofas and a large smart TV. The rooms and the central space have pictures and decorative details that add to the atmosphere, but between us - with a view like this, you don't need too much.
