The privacy in the courtyards of the semi-suite units is located below the host house.
What I loved about "Magic in the Golan" is the feeling that this place, in the way it was designed, connects those staying there to have a shared experience. I was able to really imagine a group of good friends or a large family gathering here, in the central area, someone jumping into the pool water, two cute guys in charge of the fire, someone making coffee in the outdoor kitchen and me in the middle, joining whoever creates the most attractive attraction :)
Location and ambience
I park my car on the street, right across the street. There are plenty of parking spaces to the north, I think to myself and head down towards the compound. A short flight of stairs skirts the guesthouse and leads me straight to the common compound. One of the things I liked here is the fact that there are no other houses below this compound, just fields and a grove of trees jutting out into the horizon.
In the upper part of the common area, below the guesthouse, are the suites. The cabins are located in the lower part, facing the view. Between the cabins is a shared swimming pool that also overlooks the view. The common area has a sauna, sitting and eating areas with excellent lighting, a sampled BBQ area, and a small (but not entirely adequate) kitchen for cooking.



What does the place include
The two suites "Kinneret" and "Yordan" As mentioned, they are built under the host house, with a common wall between them. Each has a covered balcony that provides privacy from the host house, but the privacy is not complete because they face the common area. They are decorated in a modern and cozy style. The space is not large and offers a double bed, a sofa bed, a square indoor jacuzzi, a TV and a kitchenette with an espresso machine.

The two cabins are separate from each other and separated by the pool. One, "Golan," is decorated in shades of white and the other, "Kasem," in shades of wood with beautiful rustic motifs of handmade wood in the furniture. Cabins 8 have a separate bedroom for the parents (with a TV) from which there is an exit to the balcony with access to the pool. The sofa in the living room opens up and there is a small dining area, a kitchenette with an espresso machine and another TV. A wood-burning fireplace completes the atmosphere in winter and there is an indoor jacuzzi that faces the outside. The cabins are pleasantly decorated and are well maintained.


We left with a feeling of
The visit to the place revealed to me a very well-kept place, with a lot of thought given to details, a place that was designed and planned to be very suitable for a group of friends. True, the place can also be suitable for a single couple, but even for this couple, our recommendation is to enjoy the togetherness that the shared complex offers. This is a precise complex, which at very reasonable prices provides a solution for a pleasant stay in a lounge and eating, or movement within a short drive of hiking trails, walking or lounge in the Sea of Galilee.

There is no privacy
The place is clean, well-maintained and pleasant. But there is not an iota of privacy, we saw a lot of the owner of the B&B during our stay, she walked around the complex and came to check several times a day what was going on. Created an unpleasant feeling, especially in view of the fact that we were a family with children and not a group of young people looking to make a mess. In addition, at 11:30 p.m. all the lights outside go out. It felt like a forced lights out. In conclusion, a lovely place but very lacking in terms of privacy

Service not here
One star too many. Not properly maintained for a place to stay at such a price. In addition, a water faucet leaked and after misunderstandings with the owner of the place, service arrived only after five hours and fixed the thing. One thing I know - this evening I didn't meet and I didn't get a vacation experience or good service. With all this we had to pay full price as agreed from the beginning which caused a lot of anger. Finding myself arguing with the owner at 11:30 PM about the whole event is a complete lack of consideration!
