It was perfect and fun

There were 18 of us, a company from work, and it was amazing that the company flew on the spot. The pool is heated and fun. It's worth having some water games. The jacuzzi is amazingly hot with crazy currents. Billiard table, ping pong, shaded seating areas, surround sound system for the entire villa that connects with Bluetooth for mobile. The B&Bs are equipped with everything. Nothing was missing, the owner was always available and helped with everything!!!!! At a great price worth every penny. The rooms are pampering and clean.... Oh my mother is complete madness

A stunning pastoral place, maintained Ortel, the owner is charming, the kitchen is equipped like at home, there are spices, oil, flour, etc. The air conditioner is excellent, the rooms are new, a clean pool, including pool inflatables!! We just want to move here. perfect!!!

The first place I got full value for money

The great fear and bios of all of us that we paid a lot of money for the accommodation and by the time we left, the accommodation is really not as promised or photographed, etc. here, I was completely shocked that the feeling immediately the second you enter that the owner just asked you for a nice amount of money but!!!! Perfect weekend!

We stayed at Binat's Zimmer on Saturday, the place was brilliant, pampering and warm at the highest level. We received personal and warm treatment from the hosts, they took care of us and provided everything we needed and beyond. The breakfast was rich and varied instead of a heated pool with comfortable sofas on the side, a huge plasma, a bathtub and a fully equipped kitchen. The feeling was that everything was accompanied by thought and investment, from the design, the comfortable feeling that surrounds and the welcome of the hosts, we had a great time and we had a magical weekend! highly recommend

Everything is new, equipped to a high standard and very clean. The view is gorgeous and the owners of the suites are very nice and don't disturb the place in Israel that I felt the most like I was in the sand!

Magic of hosts and place

The wonderful Yael and Dani, this is our first visit to Bikatim and certainly not the last! We found our place! Simply magical and your dream of being perfect hosts really succeeds exactly as it says on the sign in the rooms - BIGTIME? Thank you for being attentive to us, it definitely gave us a wonderful feeling, we felt your warm embrace and that you think of every detail in order to make our time enjoyable. And the truth is, as soon as we arrived, we immediately knew it was wow. The spectacular and relaxing landscape does indeed belong to nature, but you very skillfully made sure that we could enjoy every bit of it. The cabins simply fit into this beauty, and the experience is perfect. We enjoyed every moment, from the wonderful and comfortable suites, from all the small items that are scattered in the room, the beautiful dishes, the wooden boxes, the games, the delicious treats and even for our vegan daughter you made sure to leave her own treats, the hammock outside, the comfortable seating areas scattered in your nature, the natural dipping pools, the soothing lapping of the water , the pool inside the surrounding vegetation is simply exciting, we really feel your good will and sincere intention for our well-being. And of course, the wonderful and very delicious breakfast. Thank you again for all this deliciousness. already missing...

We booked the Laxita suite because we wanted space and privacy. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised! Although the complex is close to the other suites, the isolation is complete and we did not see/hear the other guests. The suite itself is pleasantly and delicately designed and well equipped; We lacked nothing. Gil was attentive to all our needs and made us feel comfortable contacting him - a very high level host! Pampering. Bad attitude.

As a couple who stayed in a lot of good B&Bs. B&B at a high level. Clean, pleasant, and well-kept. (some furniture in the lodge and in the pool area needs painting) but by and large in terms of facilitation and atmosphere it is perfect. If the service was high-minded, respectful and kind, they would get 100 stars. And that's how it started. We closed the Provence for one night, and already at the entrance it was obvious that we simply did not come well to the owner of the bed and breakfast, we asked if we could see the second suite that was available, (even though we did not want it but simply to recommend it to others and also just out of curiosity, yes it is allowed.) The answer was, and what is it May? And she didn't agree. In the morning there is a knock on the door, you open it, exchange good morning and she says the meal is out. I may sound petty, but a customer expects a slight interest, beyond a technical good morning, (how are you? do you need something, a smile, etc.) departure agreed at 11 o'clock. (when everywhere you don't leave on the minute) And at 11:25, after we arranged the room in an unusual way, he receives a phone call. Do you know my maid has been waiting outside for half an hour? in a scolding tone. apologizes and leaves. While driving, my wife calls to say thank you very much and that we had a great time, only if the service can be improved it would be very helpful, the response was. service?? You have no way of land!!! We tried to find out why, and the response was that we were late leaving, and that we were trying to delay because we entered the pool at 10:30 (we entered for 15 minutes) and to our question how does she know the answer is that she saw the cameras, we asked why she was watching them, and she answered for your privacy that I will not have to come physically. Something that will not be done, surely there is no concern for privacy here. (When this may not be legal). We are not people looking to complain, on the contrary, but the feeling is disrespect to the ultra-Orthodox/, payment through the teachers' organization which is cheaper/taking one night is worth less. Or just a less successful day. In conclusion. The place is romantic and worth it, but when you pay for a B&B it's not cheap at all. A different level of service is expected.

Hi Reuven, thank you for choosing to stay with us and for the review. In the phone conversations between us, you prepared me that you usually leave unsatisfied with dining experiences, but I reassured you that with us there is no chance of that happening since over the years we receive only positive reviews. I understand and accept that this is how you experienced things from your point of view, but as you probably understand, in my eyes the story played out differently. I really believed that our extensive experience in sensitive service (I lowered my gaze and hurried to leave when I served you breakfast because there was a non-clothed Haredi person standing in front of me and it was important for me to be respectful) would help you to finally leave with a good experience. Unfortunately, I, like many before me, failed... There was never a conversation between us regarding the cameras and if there had been, I would have pointed out that the cameras are only activated when there are children in the complex and only if the insurance requires it. The pool cover was closed and wet, so it was understandable to me that you entered the pool. I would like to thank you that even though the service experience was not to your satisfaction, you still chose to see the positive and point out to praise the cleanliness, the romantic atmosphere and the visibility of our B&Bs. We invest a lot of effort and resources in order to maintain the good name we have built up over the years by catering wholeheartedly to every person, regardless of who they are.
