Absolutely excessive vacation

An amazing place on the top of the mountain.. tropical all around.. a paradise for couples, a clean place to the extreme. An atmosphere of peace and quiet. Perfect and precise breakfasts... a private natural stone pool, amazing!! . Treats throughout the stay, a fridge full of goodies, alcohol... light drinks, Danny and Yael never stop taking care of everything you need, a jacuzzi inside the cabin with a view of the TV or a huge projector... a hammock, a sitting area, everything is perfect for a quiet couple's vacation, nothing was missing.

Perfect plus plus

We were hosted by the extended family for the 60th celebration, we have already been to many villas in Israel, but we have never been to a villa of this level!!! Everything is shiny, excessive treats - cakes, watermelon, challah and much more, Iris takes care of everything and especially the small details, we really enjoyed ourselves and hope to come back soon.

Quiet and perfect pampering

We came to stay at Alma's cabin for a Saturday and a holiday with our 2 dogs, Eric was charming, accepted the dogs happily and agreed that we would leave late at the end of the holiday. The place is perfect down to the smallest details - new sponge for dishes, rags, oil, spices, espresso machine, etc. As someone for whom cleanliness is important, I was happy that the place was really clean and inviting. The pool is amazing and pampering. We will definitely come back again!

It was great, a stunning place :)

We took the whole complex and it was fun! The pool and jacuzzi are very pampering, you can't get out of them!!! Dor, the charming host, welcomed us nicely and was attentive to our needs :) Point for improvement - the kitchen was not that well equipped and the dishes were a bit dirty.

Perfect for families

We were 4 families with little ones, we took the whole complex and we had just an amazing vacation. The place is specially equipped for children, with lots of attractions, fenced and closed, the pool is separate from the rooms and fenced!!! The hosts are very pampering and make sure that nothing is missing and that you just have fun. In the evening we made a fire and a campfire. It was great, we will definitely come back again!

An invested and pampering private complex, Michal and Eyal, thank you very much for the hospitality and making sure that we don't miss anything, you deserve a huge hug and lots of success. And on the way, we recommend "Bat Yaer Farms" a horse-riding animal corner and an insanely cool restaurant 15 minutes' drive from the B&B.. There is no doubt that we will be back

It was nice ...

Beautiful view, privacy - nice accommodation. The freezer did not work and was making noise; The Tami 4 device leaked (according to the monitor - the filter was not changed for a long time); We didn't get to see the nice hostess, who left a wonderful phone impression, so we didn't get personal service; Basic equipment is missing in the place (cleaning materials, net for the pool, insect catcher, etc...).

First, we are happy to receive criticism, this will only improve the service provided to our customers in the future regarding your comments: 1. The filter was replaced months ago by a qualified technician but he did not reset the device, we are all human after all. 2. It is not clear what basic equipment is involved (the suite is not equipped with cleaning materials / net for the pool / HDP, etc.) and at the same time there is a spray for flying, garbage bags, a mop, a broom, a fairy and more. Dishes, pots, sum and the like. We believe that our guests come to rest. 3. As for the freezer, during the inspection we conducted yesterday, the freezer door remained open, so it was probably not working. This may have caused the noise, even though it is located outside the unit. 4. You received personal service before your arrival and even on your way to us, you arrived late at the unit and we, due to being observant on the Sabbath, were not present there. Despite this, you received a phone call from a contact person for any problem (even if it was mentioned, even the smallest one) before her during the stay. In any case, we have no intention of staying with our guests in their vacation but to let them enjoy complete privacy and therefore our inventions in the place are not relevant. If you had any expectations that are beyond what is acceptable, you could ask in advance and we would be happy to accommodate, just like the rest of our guests. We stayed in the villa, 11 people, 8 adults and three children, the villa is large and spacious, thought was given to every detail. The pool was excellent and so was the jacuzzi. The villa is well equipped!!! We really enjoyed a fun and pleasant place!!!

Experiential, intimate and perfect

The vacation was amazing. The place and the equipment exceeded expectations. The privacy is amazing. Ethan is charming, with a lot of giving and generosity. The rooms were very clean, the place had everything we needed, we didn't lack anything. We have never arrived at a guesthouse that had treats such as snacks, chocolates for the children, a refrigerator with milk, wine, orange juice and more... In conclusion, we will surely come back here for a perfect family vacation!!!
