Pinchas and Gaston-Liman:

While driving on the road towards Rosh Hankara, I recalled to myself everything I had heard about the Pinchas and Gaston luxury suite complex of Finney Selma. "One of the most luxurious B&Bs in Israel", "the place works non-stop, always full", "all the celebrities were there", "the owner is a type, something something" - good souls from the site system whispered to me to prepare me for the visit.

But I did not meet Finney in Moshav Liman. In his place, Eti, his graceful secretary, accompanied by 3 cats, several cute dogs and one noble mare, lit up my face. "It's nothing else", she laughed while I petted the animals, "we also have peacocks that roam freely and entertain the guests". While enjoying the atmosphere of a rural Eretz Israel farm located in the heart of a tangerine orchard, I absentmindedly picked some incredibly sweet fruits. "Take a bag home, it's free for guests" - suggested Eti, but I, already aware of the danger of being sucked into the magic and becoming a real "guest", dragged myself and her on a tour inside the B&B complex, after all, I'm on duty here...

At the entrance to the complex, a surprise awaited me - the rural, pastoral appearance changed and in its place appeared a rich "park" built in bloom and decorated with green vegetation. In the center of this beautiful garden stands a stone fountain and from it paths decorated with arches lead to the four luxurious suites of the mansion.

The suites are identical in design and fittings, and each one is housed in a separate stone structure with a vaulted ceiling reminiscent of the famous construction style of New Mexico. High above the entrance hangs a colorful stained glass window of a flower - the official logo of Pinchas and Gaston B&Bs. A pair of bicycles awaits active and sporty guests near the unit. The problem is that once you get inside you don't want to leave so much...

A feeling of intimacy and calm overwhelmed me as soon as I entered the B&B. The refined pastel design with fragility of color in the Moroccan sitting area creates an experience of quiet joy. The beautiful, comfortable, huge bed, wrapped in blankets and pillows made of goose down, with a high-quality mattress (Hollandia latex) dressed in crisp linen, promises golden dreams. Lamps designed by an artist, wall pictures, fresh flowers, a stylish and unique oil fireplace add to the magical and romantic atmosphere of the suite. The only "danger" to the peace and quiet that resides in the unit is a huge plasma television equipped with a professional cinema system, a DVD player and a huge selection of movies offered to every guest.

As a dancer who is particularly sensitive to the quality of the floor, I couldn't ignore a chestnut wood parquet floor (kind of, but that's exactly what I want in my studio!). While "checking" the floor, I let my curious eye lead me to the corner of the kitchen, where I found a round wooden bar, a modern and luxurious coffee machine and a milk frother.

And how can we not tell about sesame cookies covered in chocolate (sweets lovers - beware: the cookies are the most delicious), which are offered as refreshments, along with seasonal fruits, a plate of self-roasted chestnuts, a mini bar with soft drinks and beers.

I could have stayed in this charming unit for a long time, but Eti dragged me to the inner courtyard, which is completely isolated. There, in a colorful and cheerful tropical garden, there is a private heated pool and spa jacuzzi. Decorated armchairs and sunbeds are scattered around. In order for the swimming experience to be perfect, you should use the comfortable bathrobes and slippers that are waiting for the guests in the closet. The experience of a morning swim (for early risers) should be completed with a breakfast that is served in the yard and includes omelets, self-baked breads, cheese trays, chopped salad and squeezed juices (the mansion's cook is called Tzameret and according to the tastes this is a sign of quality...).

I left this private paradise completely in love. I felt like this B&B was made especially for me... or maybe we all end up looking for the same things?
