Unique view, amazing design, on the edge of Amirim
On the way to "Red and White" I think to myself that I would be willing to increase the mortgage to see from the window of the house a view of two trees and half a field. Two trees. So you see – in Ofer's compound, which is located in a crazy location in Amirim, you can see two days. And when I say 'days' I don't mean Monday and Thursday, but the Kinneret and the high school.
I arrive at Ofer's house at the edge of the Amirim expansion neighborhood (relax – there are no vacant lots...) and climb after him. There are two suites on the roof – the loft and the Provence, in addition to the secluded "stone house". "You sucker," I tell him – "Why not put the B&B downstairs and keep the view from above for yourself?" But for some reason he wants to give the best to his guests. It's kind of a strange thing...
We enter the "Loft." According to the host, this is the only B&B in Amirim that offers a view of both the Mediterranean Sea and the Sea of Galilee. In a vast two-level space, you can find elegant parquet floors, ceilings the height of an average church, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a jacuzzi that overlooks the view. The bed was also positioned so that the first thing you see in the morning is the Sea of Galilee. Add large balconies, a well-designed island kitchen, and a double bathroom the size of an average B&B, and you begin to get an idea of this place.
In the large area surrounding the B&B you will find an orchard of fruit trees.
The spacious "Provence Suite" is also located on the hosts' rooftop, in a building built of restored ancient stone. The space is decorated in a rustic French style. Outside, a private pool awaits you, overlooking the view (slightly less panoramic than in the "Loft").
The suite is divided into two rooms: a living room and a bedroom. An LCD screen, a wood-burning fireplace, and a wide glass door that opens to the balcony and allows the magnificent panoramic view to penetrate complete the necessary.
I 'discover' the secluded "stone house" at the end of a narrow path, surrounded by an orchard of fruit trees and plenty of clear air. The "sandbox" has a small, but certainly pleasant, pool, right in front of the view. Outside the building is a well-tended orchard, a hammock leaning between the trees, and a private spa jacuzzi for the unit.
The furnishings include a large double bed, a seating area facing the Galilee view, and a TV and music area. The kitchenette is well-equipped. The elliptical jacuzzi overlooks the view.
Ofer is an architect by profession, and built most of what you will see here himself. The units are located in a huge orchard of fruit trees planted in beautiful terraces. The location at the edge of Amirim ensures rare privacy and quiet, and if you want to get some fresh air, a beautiful trail with plenty of viewpoints leads right out of the compound. The owners of the place operate a sweet little second-hand shop in the compound and also offer personal pedicure and manicure treatments.
At the end of the day I return to my new house and suddenly the view of the two poor trees without a sea seems more miserable than ever. Ofer, do you know?...

And if nature is responsible for the view outside, the view inside is the work of Ofer - an architect by profession and a builder by soul.
