Stay Kinneret

We stayed from Thursday to Saturday at the Stay Hotel in Sukh in the month of May for the celebration of my and my husband's wedding anniversary. I mentioned this in my reservation and when we arrived they didn't even say anything and I felt that this was ignored. We chose the Sea of Galilee suite which is supposed to face the Sea of Galilee and I also called to find out that it was indeed so (before I booked the room) - but unfortunately we received a view mostly of the vegetation and partly of the Sea of Galilee and when we came to tell the reception they said that they could not do anything. In addition, when we got to the room, we found out that there was no paper in the bathroom, they put a bottle of wine and hot fruit - we thought that they would take care of it after we told the reception, but they did not pay attention to what was said at all. In addition, when we went out to eat breakfast twice, I specifically called to ask that they clean our room while we were out, but they said they would and they didn't. There is no doubt that the hotel is stunning in terms of design and beauty, but the service and treatment we received was very disappointing, especially as we came to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we expected a lot from a hotel that considers itself to be of a high standard and we did not receive any reference. There is no doubt that we will not return and will not recommend to our surroundings.
