Bonsai is a Japanese art of growing plants, which keeps dwarf trees and is insanely meticulous and symbolizes precision, aesthetics and beauty. After we looked at Wikipedia for the exact definition, we didn't even have to ask why this place was named that way - the attention to detail, the meticulous style and the gorgeous green mountain scenery speak for themselves. Bonsai is a complex of beauty, nature and precision, just like the Japanese nature miniatures.
Location and ambience
The first thing that caught our eyes was the view. When we went down the stairs from the parking lot into the compound, we couldn't help but stop for a moment and simply surrender to this beauty that nothing hides. Bonsai is a new complex built in a new area in Dalton, and got the best spot in the neighborhood - first line to endless green mountains.
What does the place include
The structure of Bonsai itself conveys prestige and architectural investment. On the top floor is the guest house, and below it are the two suites that share a large, fenced yard with a built, large and very well-built pool, which overlooks the view that we have already showered with compliments on.
The two boutique suites are identical in design and size, and have everything you need to stay inside and enjoy even in the winter: an impressive double bed, a large square Jacuzzi, a functional kitchenette and a bar with two chairs that serves as a cute double dining area. The color palette that dominates here is soft and pleasant, and the parquet floor adds more warmth to the minimalist and luxurious space.
Both suites have a huge window that overlooks the view and the pool, and is hidden by a shading curtain that also provides privacy. This is the place to point out that the suites are quite close, so it is ideal to rent the entire complex and come with another couple, to enjoy as much as possible the pool and the shared and luxurious outdoor area.
You should know
- You can stay with babies up to one year old (for free) or children over 13 years old (for a fee)
- Possibility of a pampering double package by booking a night in the middle of the week - the entire complex including the pool will be private and only for you, without additional guests! (not during holidays and at the height of the season).
It is true that the guest house is on the top floor, but it is not noticeable at all. Privacy for guests is absolute, but when you need something they will be a few steps away. - It is not possible to cook on the fire and play loud music on Shabbat.
- It is possible to order an amazing and personalized breakfast for an additional fee, or a surprise cake for special occasions.
- It is not possible to stay with animals.
We left with a feeling of
Couples of friends are going to fly over this place, because it has everything you need for a perfect foursome vacation - luxurious rooms at a high level, an amazing pool in front of a crazy view and most importantly, the calm and addictive Galilean atmosphere.

it was great!!
Accommodation at a very high level! The place looks luxurious and very clean and we knew we could turn to them for anything we needed. We were surprised to arrive and see that the place is even more stunning than the pictures. Even though it was cold in the evening, we were in the heated pool and because it was covered we didn't feel the cold and enjoyed every moment. Highly recommend, I would go back to the place

A stunning place to stay!
First of all, a really luxurious level! The pool is heated and covered and even in winter you can enter the pool and really enjoy it! The room itself is very pampering and looks luxurious in reality and not just in the pictures. The owners of the guest house on the floor above are accessible to everything and are not noticeable at all! We will definitely be back. Thanks for hosting from the movies❤️
