We liked it
The pool and jacuzzi spa complex is high above the view. There are private bathrooms for each room. Game tables throughout the villa.
We noticed that
The place is not accessible to people with disabilities. There is an entrance gate to the pool area and modular roofing around it for winter days. How is there not a safety fence surrounding the pool itself?
A view overlooking green mountains, a pool and spa jacuzzi overlooking the view, and a large and impressive mansion with four bedrooms and lots of common spaces - Shoshanim Estate positions itself as a top-quality option for a family vacation.
Location and ambience
When you arrive at Moshav Shomera, you immediately feel like you can slow down and relax. Shoshanim Estate is located at the end of a street in a moshav at an altitude of 530 meters, and the view from there is of evergreen mountains. Have you always dreamed of vacationing in a postcard of pastoral scenery? Here it is possible. The area itself is full of options for activities (if you want to leave the villa at all) such as horseback riding, jeeps, ATVs and more.
What does the place include
Shoshanim Estate is a beautiful and well-kept villa offering four bedrooms (one of which is a security room), with each room having an en-suite bathroom, which is definitely a big bonus. Each room has a large double bed (with an Aeroflex mattress) measuring 160X200, a wardrobe, a TV and air conditioning. It is clear that they have thought of the small details here, including the soaps that will await you in the new bathrooms. The rooms are identical in their design concept, but each room has its own unique touch, whether in the wall color or in the decoration. A beautiful and surprising design space that meets us between the rooms is a kind of patio with glass windows, overlooking beautiful vegetation that brings light and lots of animals into the villa.
In the entrance hall of the villa there is a kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook here just like at home. A large and impressive wooden dining area is located next to it, and next to it a snooker table for fans of the genre.
The living room area invites you to relax on a wide sofa and watch the large 65-inch TV in comfort. The ceiling in this space is a beautiful high wooden ceiling, with a pleasant lighting element.
From here you can go out to a covered balcony with a pergola, which overlooks a panoramic view that manages to silence any disturbing thoughts. Here you can find a ping pong table, a football table, and a seating area with a pull-out table. Near the balcony is a designed charcoal grill, a swing, and a cozy space, all facing the relaxing view.
The pool and spa jacuzzi complex will await you a few steps away. There is a large, indoor, 8x4-sized pool that is heated in the winter to 33.5 degrees, and next to it (but separate from it) is a small, indoor pavilion that houses the super-indulgent spa jacuzzi.

The complex is suitable for the religious public - there is a synagogue in the moshav.

This is a large estate facing one of the most captivating views we've seen. It would be perfect for a family vacation, and will provide everything you need for a fulfilling, enjoyable, and relaxing vacation.
