An elegant gem in the heart of Eilat

A high standard villa, with four bedrooms and a pool that pampers every season - Villa Alita offers a quiet and classic vacation in an excellent location
Location and ambience
A 10-minute drive from the promenade, in front of the blue line of the Red Sea, is Villa Alita. It is a quiet neighborhood of villas that offers a relaxed atmosphere for families looking to experience Eilat from a slightly different angle. The villa is designed in an elegant and minimalist style with subtle boho chic touches, a beautiful sunken private pool and clean and spacious rooms.
What does the place include
Villa Alita covers an area of 500 square meters built and three levels. There are four bedrooms here - two of them with private bathrooms, and two more that share a common bathroom.
On the entrance floor is the living room area, the kitchen, and the beautiful private pool area, and the rooms are on the upper floors.
The rooms are identical to each other in fittings and design, with the dominant colors here being brown and beige that correspond beautifully with the colors of the nearby Eilat mountains, alongside delicate cream tones that instill a lot of calm. A spacious master suite with a private bathroom and a pampering sun terrace with a sitting area and a hammock, is on the top floor, from where you can see both the pool below and a bit of the Red Sea which is directly opposite.
The living room of the villa is spacious and pleasant, with a direct exit to the pool complex. A transparent glass door brings the blue of the pool into the interior, along with a lot of light that washes the entire level. A super comfortable and impressive sofa in camel color stands out here in the heart of the space, and invites you to a continuous and comfortable nap in front of the very large TV here (80 inches).
The kitchen adjacent to the living room is fully equipped for cooking, and next to it is a dining area that opens for 10 diners.
The luxurious outdoor area of the villa is undoubtedly the highlight. There is a large pool here (3x10), built, deep and heated in winter, illuminated with blue indoor lighting as the evening falls, and very inviting for a night swim in the desert air. The seating areas are made of rattan and wood, and are decorated with macrame decorations that add boho chic to the atmosphere. A beautiful wall that surrounds the pool creates privacy here, and allows guests to freshen up in the outdoor shower next to the pool as well. When you get hungry, you can also enjoy a professional gas barbecue area waiting for you here.
