The perfect villa for winter, but not only
We liked it
Amazing view of the Hula Valley, the Golan Heights and the Hermon Heated pool every season (covered in winter)
Design combined with Jerusalem stone
We noticed that
The complex is not accessible to people with disabilities
The villa is located in a residential neighborhood but the level of privacy is high
An amazing view of Hermon (especially when it snows), clear mountain air and a heated pool all year round - at Nof Margaliot Villa you are taken care of from all directions
Location and ambience
The villa in Moshav Margaliot was awarded an excellent location facing the impressive view of the Hula Valley, the Golan, and Mount Hermon in its white glory during the winter. The view also accompanies us in the interior spaces, thanks to the smart design that incorporates large windows in the right places. There is a good and warm atmosphere of a home, in the best sense of the word, with lots of spices and activities that will suit all ages.
In the vicinity of the villa, you will find impressive natural sites such as the Metzuki Ramim Reserve, Nahal Kadesh, and more.
What does the place include
Villa Nof Margaliot has 3 bedrooms and a living room, and a total of up to 15 vacationers can stay here. The villa has two bathrooms, one of which is located in the master room where the bath is also a pampering jacuzzi.
The interior design of the villa manages to create a warm homely feeling despite the impressive size of the complex, which is undoubtedly noteworthy. The use of the impressive Jerusalem stone in the center of the living room, the brick wall that extends behind the fireplace, the super spacious wooden kitchen here (which allows cooking with a view of Hermon), the cozy foyer with an inviting snooker table in the center, and of course the windows that meet the view in every space - all these add to the uniqueness of this villa, and bring with them good energy.
In the outside area of the villa, we are greeted by a well-kept garden with fruit trees that remind us that we are in Moshav. A safety gate leads to a heated pool complex, covered (in winter) and illuminated in the evening. An elegant ifa deck dominates the complex next to clean synthetic grass, with sunbeds, pleasant seating areas, and a decent barbecue station. Near the pool complex you can enjoy a table ping-pong game, or breathe in the clear air on the swing.

Driving distance of about 25 minutes from the Hermon site
Breakfast can be arranged in advance for an additional fee
Accommodation with dogs - by telephone arrangement in advance
Do not play loud music
Smoking is only possible in designated areas
The complex is also suitable for the religious community

Fun fun and fun
The villa is in a stunning location. View of the Golan Mountains and the Hula Valley. It is spacious and equipped, and organized in a way that allows 3 couples + children to rest. Huge living room, spacious rooms, large private indoor pool. Ping pong, barbecue. Everything is very possible and the privacy is excellent. And the pictures reflect the reality on the spot. For 3 days we almost didn't go out, because we enjoyed the stay 24 hours a day. Yakir hosted us wonderfully and was attentive to every question and need.

Excellent weekend in Margaliot
We are an extended family. Yakir welcomed us with grace and a smile. Respond to all our requests. The villa is very comfortable for an extended family. The living room, kitchen and dining area are very spacious and very comfortable for family time together. The pool was covered. And heated it was simply very pleasant to be in it with young children.
