The conditions for canceling a tourism transaction are fixed in section 14 (c) of the Consumer Protection Law and they are: the transaction can be canceled within 14 days from the date of making the transaction, or receiving a document containing the details of the disclosure, whichever is later. Also, the cancellation of the transaction is only possible on the condition that the cancellation of the transaction is not done within 7 days that are not days of rest before receiving the service. On the 15th day from the reservation up to a week, the guest will be charged 50% of the reservation value. One month from the day of the reservation, the guest will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
