The impressionist greens and the refreshing fragrance of the forest, the fresh air, the chirping of the birds and the sounds of the breeze in the treetops, the feeling of inner quiet spreading through your soul, the renewed energy, the sharpening of your senses; your body feels wonderful. Your soul expands, strengtthens and soaks up the magic all around you. That's Hemiel's Song of the Forest.
Location and ambience
צימרים ביער- חמיאל, במושב אמירים
היער העבות אשר בתוכו שוכנים בית האבן ובקתת העץ של מתחם "צימרים ביער – חמיאל" באמירים, הוא ללא ספק יער מכושף. אגדה קסומה, מלאת פשטות, תמימות ויופי נרקמת פה מול עיני המבקרים. היא סוחפת אותם אל החלום הישן ומזכירה להם את משאלות לבם שנשכחו מכבר אי שם בזמן ילדות.
הריח המרענן של היער. המראות הירוקים, שכאילו נגזרו מציור נוף אימפרסיוניסטי. האוויר הצלול, המחדש, המחייה, בטעם של שמחה ובריאות. שירת הציפורים בליווי רחשי הרוח הנוגעת קלות בצמרות העצים. ההרגשה של שלווה פנימית, המתפשטת במהירות בנבכי הנפש. תחושת המרץ והכוח המחודש, המרוממת, המניפה, המחדדת את כל החושים. הגוף מרגיש נפלא. הנשמה מתרחבת, מתעצמת, סופגת את הקסם המפוזר סביבה.
אם הצלחתי לתאר בהצלחה את החוויה שעברתי בביקורי במתחם "צימרים ביער – חמיאל", אתם בוודאי תרצו לקרוא עוד. ובכן, הנה כמה פרטים "טכניים" יותר, המתארים את המתחם:
אחוזת היער של חמיאל כוללת מספר יחידות אירוח, כל אחת מהן מציעה אפשרויות נופש שונות ומגוונות. שני צימרים מומלצים במיוחד– בקתת העץ "מאחורי היער" ו"בית האבן". צימרים אלה נועדו לארח זוגות אוהבים ומספקים איכויות רבות, "מפתות" במיוחד: פרטיות מוחלטת, עיצוב מוקפד, נוף מרהיב, פינוקי ג'קוזי, אבזור חדשני, אירוח נדיב וסביבה של חורש טבעי.
במרכז המתחם, בין שתי היחידות, ממוקם מרכז ספא פרטי ומבודד בתוך היער. כאן ייהנו האורחים מפינוק של הוט טאב ענק, סאונה יבשה/ רטובה ושלל פינות חמד רומנטיות בצל העצים. *ה-הוט טאב עומד לרשות האורחים 24 שעות ביממה; הסאונה ביער עומדת בכל יום, לרשות האורחים בהודעה של חצי משעה מראש, עד השעה 22:00. בנוסף לכך מוצעים טיפולים איכותיים, כדאי לבדוק.
למארחי המקום, חמיאל ועדנה, יש משק אורגני של זיתים ופירות. לכן הכיבוד שמחכה לאורחי הצימרים מבוסס על מוצרים טבעיים אורגניים. בנוסף לכך מקבל כאן כל זוג שי ייחודי הביתה – בקבוק שמן זית אורגני או צנצנת זיתים איכותיים מתוצרת בית.
"בית האבן"
סוויטה גדולה במיוחד (75 מטר) ממוקמת במבנה אבן משוחזר עתיק המוקף בעצי אלון ובוסתן פירות וגפנים. מדשאה ירוקה סמוכה "מארחת" בריכת נוי מקסימה, סוכת גפנים, גינת תבלינים ופינת פיקניק. המרפסת המקורה של הסוויטה, בה שוכן ג'קוזי עגול, ספסל זוגי וערסל ישיבה, חושפת את נוף הרי הגליל התחתון ומראות אמירים המוריקים.
החלל העצום של הסוויטה מתהדר בקשתות מעוטרות, חלונות עם משקופים כחולים ונוכחות עוצמתית של אבן מקומית עתיקה. ריהוט עתיק משוחזר (מדובר ב"דבר האמיתי" ולא בריהוט חדש בסגנון עתיק) נאסף על ידי עדנה וחמיאל ומייצג שלל ארצות אקזוטיות. בין הדוגמאות אציין ארון דמשקאי נדיר עבודת יד, שולחן סלון איטלקי מהמאה שעברה ושני כסאות ארט – דקו.
האווירה ה"עתיקה" האופפת את הסוויטה הופכת אותה לייחודית ומרתקת במיוחד ומאפשרת לאורחים לחוות "חזרה בזמן", בלי, כמובן, לפגוע בנוחות ופינוק של הזמנים המודרניים. לכן ייהנו כאן האורחים ממיטה מאסיבית מעץ מלא ומזרון אורטופדי, מסך LCD איכותי, מכונת אספסו ושלל אבזור חדשני.
בקתת העץ "מאחורי היער"
לאלה המחפשים צימר "של פעם" מציע המתחם בקתת עץ מקסימה הממוקמת גבוה-גבוה על גבעת היער. נוכחות הטבע מורגשת כאן במלוא העוצמה בתוך הצימר ומחוצה לו והמרפסת חושפת בפני האורחים נוף פנוראמי מרהיב אל הרי הגליל והגולן.
העיצוב הנקי והמוקפד עם ניחוח כפרי שליו מעניק למקום אופי רומנטי ואינטימי במיוחד. אווירת השקט, הרכות והעידון נוצרת כאן בעזרת תחושת החמימות שמעניקים לבקתה קירות העץ. ווילונות לבנים אווריריים מוסיפים לחלל קלילות אביבית, קווי עיצוב נקיים ומינימליסטיים שומרים על ספייס פתוח, נושם ולא עמוס.
הבקתה מציעה לאורחיה ג'קוזי עגול גדול בסמוך לחלון לנוף, מיטה מאסיבית עם אלמנטים מפורזלים וקמין עץ. הזוגות מוזמנים להתכרבל על הספה הסלונית הנעימה אל מול מסך LCD.
לסיכום:
לאלה המחפשים מפגש עוצמתי ומרגש עם טבע, בשילוב פינוקים נדירים ובמיקום מרהיב.

A little about the guest unit
Those seeking an old-fashioned vacation should consider the enchanting wood cabin set high up on a hill, at the top of a forest. Nature is felt here in all its intensity, with a terrace view revealing the panoramic scene of the Galilee mountains and the Golan.
The clean country design makes everything romantic and intimate. The quiet atmosphere, the softness and refinement are in the wood-paneled walls, the airy white drapes and open space.
There's a large, round Jacuzzi next to a window overlooking the view, there's a massive bed in wrought iron and a wood fireplace. The living room is comfortable, and there's a lovely LCD screen.

A particularly large suite (75 sqm) in a restored, old building, surrounded by oak trees, vines and fruit orchards. The green lawn has a charming little pool, a "gazebo" of grapevines, a herb garden and a picnic corner.
The covered terrace has a large, round Jacuzzi, a bench for two and a hammock, from which to gaze at the view of the Lower Galilee mountains and greening forests. The spacious interior has arches, blue-framed windows and local stone used as a design element.
Restored antiques have been collected from exotic countries, including a rare, handmade Damascan highboy, an Italian coffee table from the previous century, and two art deco chairs. The massive, wood bed has an orthopedic mattress, there's a quality LCD screen, an espresso machine and much more.

Calm, green and pleasant
The B&B is clean and stunning, with an amazing view, you feel as if you are in the law of nature. Kind and pleasant hospitality. We booked breakfast up to the cabin and had a great time, and ate at some very tasty restaurants around.

The host is pleasant, kind and takes care of everything, the location is excellent and the B&B is high quality, secluded, quiet with a spectacular view that fills the heart and lungs! Already waiting to come back again, we had a great vacation! Big thanks to Itamar!!

Great experience in the fog
We spent a weekend at the villa, the big house. We were two families with eight-year-old children and a baby. The experience was magical. The villa suited us perfectly. The children slept together in the gallery and each couple had a bedroom. They brought a playpen for the baby. There is an oil stove, but the real treat is the huge jacuzzi outside on the balcony facing the woods. In the middle of winter, in the cold and rain it was a pleasure to praise the boiling boys who are automatically marked and changed. We walked along a path that leaves the house into a dense and foggy forest, an enchanted walk to the secret path. Netali, Itamar's sister who was not there, was welcoming and recommended trips and food in the area. She let us arrive on Friday at 12 even though we entered at 2:00 PM because it was rainy and to stay on Saturday until the evening. We had a lot of fun.
