Let's talk about reputation: In 2016, Amorino won the title of "Best Resort" in the country. In 2017, the complex received the largest number of reviews on the site, with an exceptionally high rating. To explain why, you need to get to know Tanya, the host. It took her just six months to transform an anonymous complex into one of the best resorts. I'll give you an example: Tanya looks at me as I examine the beautiful design details and says: "It's important to me that everything turns to the guests when they first open the door," and adds, "That the couple immediately feels that something pleasant is surrounding them... You know, I almost called this place Romeo and Juliet." For us, that explains a lot.
Location and ambience
You should know that the main thing here is not the view or the luxury. The main thing here is the feeling that envelops you from the moment you decide to entrust your romantic dream to Tanya. And for her, this is also her dream: the emphasis on arranging the pillows, refreshing the rooms, professional service and extreme care for the small details and the good feeling of the guests without compromise, without making concessions to herself and without making an account for the time she invests. Perhaps this is the reason why she won the title of "
Best Resort of 2016 ". In 2017, the complex also received the largest number of reviews on the site, with an especially high rating.
The drive to the settlement of Labinim is simply stunning. The nature, the quiet, and the Sea of Galilee that spreads out from the road are just the beginning. The road leads to a mountainous area, above the Sea of Galilee, which seems completely disconnected from everything. After passing a huge mango orchard, you reach a small settlement, and it gives me a bit of a feeling of driving on roads in the south, the ones that lead to small, isolated settlements.
After a few minutes of driving through the settlement and with the help of clear signage, you arrive at the parking lot of the complex, which is divided into two parts: one part has two wooden cabins surrounded by mango trees. The outermost cabin enjoys extra privacy in the outdoor area because the pedestrian path passes near the entrance to the cabins.
In the second area there are 2 stone suites that share a common outdoor area that is partially separated by vegetation. This area is exposed to the path that leads to the pool area so that guests from the cabins can pass there.
The shared complex faces an excellent view of the Amud Stream, the Arbel Cliff and the Sea of Galilee. It contains a 7-meter-diameter saltwater pool (without chlorine) surrounded by seating areas and a spa jacuzzi. This area is located not far from the host's house, but is successfully hidden by bamboo to prevent a lack of privacy.
Igor, Tanya's husband, recently built a cozy dining room shared by all residents of the complex, which is intended for breakfasts (for those who prefer them here) and afternoon coffee.
What does the place include
In the cabins , one space with a high ceiling provides a pleasant and open atmosphere. The space has a perfect romantic feel that is achieved, among other things, by a handmade wooden double bed with beautiful decorations and a double jacuzzi. There is a kitchenette without the possibility of cooking as well as additional standard equipment. Outside there is a partial view of Arbel and the Sea of Galilee, but it is not visible from inside the cabin or from the outdoor seating area. There is mainly a rustic atmosphere here, full of vegetation.
The stone suites (which share a common wall) have one large and spacious space with one wall covered in stone. A large and impressive four-poster bed definitely sets the right atmosphere, along with the double jacuzzi and classic design. The kitchenette does not have cooking facilities, and there are additional accessories according to the usual standard.
The outdoor area of the suites is shared by both and divided between them by vegetation. It faces the path that leads to the shared pool area, so the privacy here is not complete. There is a comfortable seating area that overlooks lots of green vegetation, and an accessible BBQ area.
You should know
Winner of "Best Resort 2016" by the site's visitors. Also in 2017, the complex received the largest number of reviews on the site, with an especially high rating. And by the way, sweet thoughts - don't miss the cookies and homemade breakfasts made by Diana, the daughter.
We left with a feeling of
What Tanya and her family do here cannot be imitated. Their passion for hospitality cannot be bought. And the feeling of those who come here is difficult to describe in dry words, and yet: a vacation full of consideration, sweet, pleasant and enveloping - at a price that is affordable for everyone.
