Neglected at the level of yuck, Hana and Aron are two not nice people at all who only want money. Everything is old and ruined and not like in the pictures. Cold water in the shower filtered us all evening, sting, sting, sting, not worth one shekel, don't you come closer!!!!

Don't come close!! A very neglected place to say the least!!!! We closed the entire complex for the weekend and it was just terrible. Let's start with the fact that when we closed we talked with Hana and Aharon (the owners of the zimmer) about all the things that are important to us such as a heated pool, the cleanliness of the rooms because some of us came with small children. We arrived at the place at 3:00 p.m. the owner of the zimmer and There were "cleaners" and still the place was not ready and clean for us. Not only that, the owner of the bed and breakfast claimed that he was in a hurry to leave and wanted all the money at that moment we told him that the other people were on their way and they would bring it to him. We did not agree to pay at a certain time and yet he just didn't stop bothering us. In the end After all, we started to settle in and not ruin the atmosphere even though we noticed that the place didn't look at all like in the pictures!!!!!! The televisions do not work in any room and in one room there was no remote at all. There was flooding in the "mountain view" room. Ants in all the kitchens. A foul smell from the towels and sheets. Insects under and on the sides of the mattress in the bed. The outside lighting where you sit to eat did not work. There is a leak from the sinks and that's why There is a smell of mold in the rooms. The cleaner sleeps there but doesn't understand Hebrew at all!! In three rooms there was no hot water in the showers. On the second day at 8:00 in the morning we talked to Hana about it and she spread us for the entire vacation so that everyone showered in the other two rooms (lucky we are a family). I should mention that we were with small children who did not shower because the water was cold!! During the whole day we called and complained about many faults and they just didn't take care of us and even filtered us on the phone after a lot of nerves during the day they sent us some people who only came in the evening and they don't know anything! "Like technicians" Finally we realized that they are the neighbors at all... after they take the money you don't see them and you don't hear them just a job in the eyes!!!!!!! sting!! Our mistake for not reading reviews before. Only after the incident did we start to find out and it turns out that people experienced similar things to ours... not worth a shekel!!!!!!! Don't go there!!!!

I reserved the Zimmer Nof Harim for my partner's birthday. They confirmed my arrival on WhatsApp, but when I arrived they didn't reserve the B&B for me and even wanted to give me a much smaller B&B. The toilet is right next to the bed, next to the head of the bed, and the jacuzzi is right next to the back legs of the bed and there is hardly any passage. I insisted that I asked for a specific suite and we went all the way to the fund for it. The owner of the place did not want to take out the people who entered there (she was the one who was irresponsible and didn't keep it from me despite the recordings on the phone and despite the messages) and said she would send us to a more distant B&B. I drove two and a half hours to get a B&B and all I got was "this is what there is. I can offer you our small suite (the really small 25 x 25 which I mentioned above) or move to another place which is fifteen minutes away. Not acceptable. That's not how they provide service. The place should be maintained. I left disappointed and it's important to me that they know all the details about the landlady. I probably won't go back there

I don't usually write negative reviews and deal with this kind of thing, but in this case I have to deviate from my custom and tell everyone possible about my very, very negative experience. In honor of a friend's birthday, I called to make a reservation for one night at the weekend. In the phone call, I chose the summit view suite even though I felt that Hana, the owner of the B&B, was trying to "push" me to take one of the other units. We closed all the details and I even gave a means of payment to reserve the place. Hanna said that we can bring our dog, and that we can come in starting at 2:00 pm on Friday. And here's what actually happened: around 3:30 pm I called to inform that we were on our way. At this point Hana said that there is a problem with the suite, there is a smell of sewage from the jacuzzi and therefore she will not be able to host us. Instead, she told me to call another guesthouse owner, who would give a slightly cheaper price - NIS 600, instead of the NIS 700 she offered us. We looked at the pictures of the alternative B&B and didn't like it. It's a completely different style, somewhere else and far from what we wanted and chose. Despite this, I called the owner of the bed and breakfast, who answered coldly and impatiently, it was obvious that he was "doing a favor". When I asked about bringing the dog in he sounded very unenthusiastic and not positive about it. At this point we decided that we prefer to give up the pleasure of this option. Although I showed understanding because I know that things can happen and go wrong, I expected the camp to make some effort to find us a satisfactory alternative solution. I offered to at least give us a little discount on our stay in the alternative B&B as minimal compensation, but she didn't really listen to what I had to say, she said that the owner of the B&B was not willing to do so, and that she was not willing to make up the difference, however small it might be, and God forbid she should absorb it. Instead, what happened was that she hung up on me, said she would get back to me and didn't, and then whistled at me when I called back. I will point out and emphasize that at this stage we were already close, after a long journey, when we made plans in the specific area of this B&B, and after we were not given a proper alternative. The plans went completely wrong and we had to deal with things that largely ruined the experience of spending time together. My rating and the customer experience cannot be expressed even in one star..

Let's start by saying that some of the pictures really do not reflect even a little bit what is really in the B&B. We arrived. Someone who doesn't know Hebrew received us for every complaint. You have to call the host why he is not there!! To enjoy the jacuzzi they flew into the dirt and it was simply filthy when we told it to the other day she sent the woman who is there who doesn't understand that we explain to her what the problem was the jacuzzi was flooded for two whole days we have water in the room after we tell them to come and fix it the woman came to put towels when we called to ask for compensation for This horrible vacation Hana accused us of doing something wrong that we spilled water in the room (because I want to ruin my vacation with my friend) she said she would find out if she could get compensation and get back to us in the next few days (not back)!! When we were in the room and it was half an hour from the time we were supposed to vacate the B&B, the woman arrives and shows her watch asking us to leave and waits outside to see that we are indeed leaving!!! Horrible experience, terrible place, not clean, the place we left with a good feeling, they couldn't even compensate us! All in all, I wanted to have fun with my friend who left the army after turning 21. It would have been better to sleep in the tent on the street!!! If you want an unforgettable vacation, this is not the place!!!!!! And for all the horror, they take a crazy amount of 1200, and that's with a discount that I got through the website. We soldiers thought we would spend such an amount on something good and we were sorely disappointed. !!! I give 0 stars under every review!!! Do not come to this place!! Bad and dirty accommodation. The pictures do not reflect what is really there and there is a house that hides the only thing that you might enjoy. Don't waste your time and money on this horrible B&B! &
